We go to the bar regularly at the Hilton. Atif is superb and couldn’t be more accommodating for us and goes the extra mile to make us feel welcome. It’s now a must for us to stop in for a drink while we’re out.
As soon as we arrived we were impressed. The friendly welcome, the elegant decor, beautiful... The food in the restaurant was tasty and good value... We were served delicious dinner. All the staff were fantastic.
The staff, Freya, Raj, Atif, and Csaba were great. The food was of an extremely good standard, our party of eight people were all very pleased, and would thoroughly recommend this hotel, and the restaurant to anyone.
The food and drinks supervisor Atif has continuously gone above and beyond ... he undoubtedly made each stay the most pleasant and wholesome experience. He’s wholeheartedly the biggest credit to the establishment and no amount of thankyou’s would ever be enough. Every hotel needs an Atif!!!
What a gem DoubleTree Hilton have in their food and beverage staff with Atif. A lovely welcome, top service and goes the extra 2 miles to make our stay special. Thank you for a lovely evening in the restaurant.
Had our annual dinner at the hotel and Priar and her team did an excellent job. Friendly and efficient service for all guests. Quick service at the bar and dinner served very quickly. Wonderful evening - we will definitely be returning.
