DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Stratford-Upon-Avon

The staff here are friendly and efficient. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. It was very quiet both in and around the hotel. It is right by the train station and only a 5 minute walk into town. A special mention for Amelia who was a great help to us, thank you.

Superb stay, nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. Will absolutely stay again. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Restaurant meal in the evening and breakfast was delicious.

Excellent meal and excellent service from Dangira. She and the kitchen staff accommodated the need for one of us to have a gluten free meal.

Hotel easy to find 5 min walk from town. Large car park which is charged extra on your bill at 11 pounds fifty for 24 hrs. Reception efficient with a friendly professional member of staff on hand immediately to book in. All the staff we had any interactions with were really nice. Our room was ready earlier (we got to the hotel earlier) was no problem. Decent size room either all bits n bobs you would expect in a 4 star. Immaculately clean. Great comfy king size bed .room temp was controllable easily. We had breakfast which really was great we went for full English. We had dinner in the restaurant again absolutely marvelous with reasonable pricing. Our first time there and we will be back. Fabulous 👌

Good location, large room and very pleasant and efficient staff.

Everyone was really welcoming. Room was lovely. What made it extra special for me was a lady called Dangira at Dinner. She was attentive, kind and caring. Thank you Dangira, I was exhausted after travelling nearly 5 hours and you managed to put a smile on my face.

Had a great weekend staying at the hotel during an Easter weekend visit with my wife to Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our experience was good. Especially how friendly and helpful Madiha was from check-in to checkout. It's always nice to have a smiling and cheerful person behind the desk. Her genuineness in ensuring that we have a good experience in the hotel and visit to the town was exceptional.

The reception staff were extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to make my experience as comfortable as possible. The whole team works seamlessly together, which really stood out to me. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I know what excellence looks like.

Stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend. Parked up and charged our EV after our long drive. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Room overlooked the car park, room size was good and bathroom was shower over bath. We went down to the bar for a drink and I would say, this area could have better seating and lighting. Walking distance to the town is near by and we headed out to dinner. We had breakfast on both mornings and as all buffets could have been hotter but was ok. Hotel is dated and in need of refurb. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay at Doubletree Stratford upon Avon. Service from reception desk, bar and housekeeping was incomparable. In particular a shout out for Zeke, the chef, who was so capable and helpful catering for one of us who has a severe allergy.

Wonderful Staff, rooms nicely furnished, well thought out bathroom and plenty of charging points in the room. Breakfast has great selection fresh cooked and nice selection of drinks. Good selection of EV chargers. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Have stayed here a few times before meeting up with family. A very nice hotel convenient to the town (five minute walk). Car parking at a price and good garden to sit out in on a lovely sunny day like we had. Madha and Cloe on reception are very professional, helpful and most pleasant ladies/girls. A lot of hotels receptionists could learn from them . We eat in the bar area as there was a large party in the dining room which was very pleasant and bar staff who were also very good. Only thing in the bar was that although fish and chips (probably their most popular food) are on the bar menu they were unavailable the two nights we stayed. Will be back soon. Thank you Madha and Cloe for making our stay so good.

All the staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfasts with good service. Extremely easy, short walk in to the city.

We stayed at the double tree by Hilton Stratford -on-Avon and had a very enjoyable time The hotel was lovely and clean throughout and rooms first class .The staff were very helpful especially Amelia at reception who couldn't do enough for us she was friendly and welcoming and made our stay more pleasant. The food was really good and the location in Stratford-On-Avon is excellent We had a great stay and would definitely return

Great room, very good location. Just around the corner from the train station and a short walk into town. Lovely rooms, nice breakfast. Didn't try the evening meals as wanted to try the restaurants in town. All staff were lovely and helpful.

The staff were all wonderful. I went there as part of a group for three nights. They were so helpful and attentive. I was especially impressed with chef Ezekiel, who took enormous trouble to accommodate my challenging dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was utterly charming through it. my room was very pleasant, and clean, and the restaurant had a lovely view overlooking in the garden. I very much enjoyed the meals in the restaurant.

Excellent Location, wonderful rooms, service and fantastic food. 20 of us enjoyed a few nights here during our 18 day Road Scholar tour of Quintessential Britain. Highly recommend!

The Doubletree by Hilton in Stratford-upon-Avon is situated well to access tourist venues. Most things are a convenient walk. Rooms are spacious, compared to London sizes! The room smelt fresh to enter, nice touch! Coffee and tea available with small fridge. Staff were friendly and the cookie on arrival was a nice touch, and tasty! Staff are friendly and helpful.
