In line with government direction, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our hotels and reduce our contact centre operation. While this is a very hard decision for us to make, we hope you can appreciate that we are deeply committed to our colleagues and guests, and we must continue to put their safety and wellbeing first.
If you have an upcoming stay or general enquiry. We ask that you please get in touch with our fantastic customer service team at email@example.com and they will be able to assist with your query. As you can imagine, we are experiencing a very high volume of enquiries, so please bear with our team whilst they work through these in date order. We will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. If you have an urgent matter and this cannot be emailed or checked online, please contact a team member on 0330 107 1599, however, Please note we have reduced opening times during this time – Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Weekends 10am -4pm*and we are working at reduced capacity during this time and longer wait times may apply
